Standard Pardon Package:

Every effort will be made to process the pardon application as speedily was possible
We guarantee our best efforts in processing your application with a high degree of accuracy
Please note that the processing time for our Standard Package is generally longer than for our Expedited Service.

Premium Expedited Pardon Package:

Clients who purchase our Premium Expedited Pardon Package will have the same benefits of the Standard Package PLUS:

  • Premium Expedited Pardon files are given high priority over other files and are ‘red tagged’ for quick identification and quick response
  • Premium files are assigned to a specially designated caseworker who works solely with your file
  • Continuous feedback and communication is provided to you throughout the entire process
  • All documents are couriered to clients whenever possible in order to expedite the process

Please note that there is no additional charge for completing a pardon application for a client with multiple criminal convictions.

Payment plans are also available to our clients and will fit your budget. We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cash, a Bank Draft or Money Order.

File Removal services are also available:

A File Removal Request (also known as a File Destruction or File Expungement) is also available to ensure that all evidence of a criminal record is removed not only from federal databases, but local police and court records as well. Although the vast majorities of law enforcement agencies acknowledge the File Removal Request and remove personal information once an individual has been pardoned, it is important to note that this is completed at the discretion of police authorities. In the final stages of the pardon application process a Local Police Record Check is required.

Included in our fees are the costs for:

  • The processing and completion of your pardon application by our caseworkers
  • Mailing the completed pardon application to the National Parole Board for processing

You are responsible for the necessary payments for:

  • Fingerprinting and Search
  • Local Police Records Check
  • National Parole Board Application Fees
  • Court Information Searches
