As soon as you have registered with us our consultants will immediately take steps to initiate the pardon application process. If you have any questions you can contact us by phone, email, fax or letter.

At your convenience, a member of our trained staff will contact you to provide a free consultation, during which they will

  • Answer any additional questions you may have
  • Ensure that you are comfortable with the process
  • Provide information relating to payments and payment plans to fit your budget

As soon as you make a payment, we will create a tracking file for your application and will initiate the process. Once we have received our full fee we will require a signed note from you, giving us official authorization to work on your behalf. At that time we will:

  • Advise and assist you in acquiring the necessary documentation
  • Help you complete all required government forms related to the application
  • Ensure that all documents (police and court records) have been applied for and received
  • Ensure that your application package is correct, complete, and is submitted as soon as possible
  • Handle all formal government enquiries and correspondence on your behalf

Once your application has been completed to our satisfaction, we will submit it to the National Parole Board on your behalf. The National Parole Board is the decision making body regarding the granting of pardons, and they will process your pardon application. Pardons.ca does not review applications nor does it grant pardons.

*The refund policy applies to individuals who have completed the terms of their sentencing/fulfilled their legal obligations and require a pardon. Our refund policy does not apply to individuals who do not need a pardon.

Please note that once you receive a pardon, your fingerprints and photographs will be removed from federal criminal databases within three months. However, if this does not happen, we will make our best efforts to remove your fingerprints and photographs at no further cost to you.
